Lost Downloaded Quilt Classes....help!!
 
My computer crashed....since been fixed, but now all my downloaded quilting workshops/classes I purchased from Craftsy and Quilting Arts are gone ):
I e-mailed both companies and waiting for an answer from them....hopefully they can help me. Has this happened to any of you and if so, were you able to re-download the classes??

you can sign into craftsy.com and log in and then go to online classes...each class will have enrolled written across classes you have enrolled in

after my PC crashed I signed up with Carbonite -- for $50.00 a year they back it up several times a day. i was fortunate that the hard drive just had "holes " in it so the techie could retrieve most of my pix

Hi Mim. I also have Carbonite Backup. It is cheap insurance because we all know, or most of us, that computers do not live forever.
