Too bad you are restricting yourself to one area. I know of a male that would be perfect for your story. But, he lives in Evansville, WI. This man would give you the shirt off his back. So kind and giving. Boy, you should see his quilts!!! Amazing!!! This is one person that should have a story written about him.

Is one of the two quilters name Billy? LostN51, aka Billy was a member on this board and was the one to go to for machine info, especially Featherweights. I haven't seen anything of him in quite some time and I do know that he was in ill health for some time. Has anyone heard from him or know how he is doing?

I just talked to a lady at a quilt expo. She has 2 sons, I think she said 11 and 15. They are both passionate quilters who do the whole 9 yards. Design, piece, and quilt.

It seems like the original poster gave enough info about himself to check him out if one wanted/needed to.
