Shirlrh, Go to search and put in Twister. Then go down to watterside, Nov. 25th, titled My newest Twister project. Maybe that will help you. It sure did me.

Love them, especially the March twister.

Great looking projects!

Your ten minute block quilt is very pretty. I think it would take me longer than ten minutes to make a block! Is there curve piecing on it?

Im interested in seeing all your twisters. I am making a Christmas one right now. These are such fun. And I love the fabrics in your 10 min. block.

Great job on both - The green is perfect for march and love the 10 minute block

dixiechunk 02-11-2011 10:20 AM

Love your quilts. The idea of using one block to make monthly themed pieces is a great one. Wonder if it's too late for me to start for this year? Hummmm

Made my first 10 minute block top this past weekend. There are more to come I'm sure! Fast and easy.

Calico Grammy 02-11-2011 10:43 AM

How difficult is the twister tool to learn. I've been trying to decide whether to buy both of them. I wish I could see a demonstration.

here is where you can buy the Wreath Pattern..

"Twisted Christmas"
http://www.gatheringroomquiltshop.com/

you can to call them i think, or email them.

when i got mine, it was not showing on thier webstore.

The ruler can be bought from various on line places.

there is a "lil twister" which measures 3", and uses 5" squares of fabric. (the wreath is made with this ruler)
Happy Sewing!

I just googled the 10-minute block and found a wonderful video. Guess I shall head to the sewing room now and give it a try. With the 20" finished cathedral fold block, one can put together a charity quilt top in no time at all. Thanks.

Maria C 02-12-2011 01:31 PM

That second quilt has a really interesting pattern.

Kaye-Kaye 02-12-2011 01:34 PM

Love 'em both! Great Job!

Sharoni 02-12-2011 02:22 PM

The 10 minute block quilt was made of a Moda Martinique layer cake. I had purchased additional fabric because I liked it so much. (Or I am addicted to buying fabric, whatever) I cut the flowers out and appliqued them onto the border. I think "they" call the technique Broide De Perce or something like that.
I felt kinda silly. It only took a day to make the quilt and four days to applique the flowers onto the border!
10 minute blocks but four day applique, sheesh.

janiesews 02-12-2011 06:52 PM

Both are pretty.

cjr 02-12-2011 07:55 PM

puck116 02-14-2011 07:33 AM

Beautiful quilts. I have the twister small ruler, but not here in FL, unfortunately. I have a few pretty Moda Layer Cakes and I think the ten minute block would be great for these.
