I spray baste my quilt and then I use liquid spray chalk to mark it. This chalk goes on wet (I spray my stencils) and in just a few seconds dries and stays on my quilt for easy quilting. Washes out easy. It comes in white or grey. I've been using it for years.

I use the Crayola ultraclean washable markers for all my marking.

Details please! Can you provide a link to this product where we can buy it? Or name brand of the product you use? I just did a google search and all that came back was making spray chalk for kids to play with on driveways and sidewalks and involved coloring it with food coloring or washable watercolor. I would like to know what product you are using that washes out easy. Thanks!
