New here and enjoying reading through everything. You were one smart bride. I envision your "book" becoming some sort of new rage. How easy one would be to make now that we have polar fleece? Even just two layers and then the couple can divide out the pages. Thanks for sharing.

There's always the "no man's land" in the middle with one of those quilts, I think. You would have to make it a bit bigger on each side in order to make it work.Poly in one side and cotton or wool in the other?

I made my son and daughter-in-law one. Regular cotton batting for his side and on hers the regular batting plus a layer of wool batting. Just have to remember which side is which and mark someway.

Well I would guess for sure it is one side you put heavier and warmer batting and the other side you would put a lighter baqtting. But you want to find out which side the cold person sleeps on, or you will have to change the name of the quilt.
