Has anyone have a pattern for a memory quilt or wall hanging?

I saw one some years back with a bookcase as the "frame." The books held titles of life events. There were "picture frames" filled with photos of loved ones printed on the fabric. I made one with photos printed on fabric and then did a modified log cabin type block around them.
