Grandpa asked about the link to the pattern http://www/rjfabrics.com/_mediA/patt.../monticell.pdf for the Monticello Log Cabin Directions. strips 10 and 11 do connect in the log cabin block so the pattern from this link is wrong. 10 and eleven join the same way in the block as the rest of the strips.

beautiful.....I live near Monticello, Thomas Jefferson owned slaves and after his wifes death, had children by his slave Sally Henning. This quilt is very pretty.
