I just placed my first order with MSQC today. A couple of hours later I received a shipping confirmation from them. I have to say that it was absolutely hilarious! I don't know if it's OK to copy and paste it here, so I'll wait for advice on that to let me know if I can or not. I'm not sure if they send the same confirmation to everyone, but it was worth my order just to read it! 😂😂😂

Yes, it made my day, too ... though at the time, there were delays, so it wasn't until maybe a week or so later that I got my happy little email about all the special treatments being given to my quilting supplies. :)

No, I had a queen on a Pegasus, woodland creatures, fairies, and a wizard! LOL!

I love shopping at MSQC...not only for what I purchase but also for the neat notes I get back from them...like the shipping, etc.

DH got me two MSQC GC's for Mother's Day and I laughed out loud when I read the 'Greetings' that came with the email. They sure do make a lasting impression.

In the magical kingdom of Missouri Star Quilt Co, a special delivery is about to take place. There have been rumors of a chosen quilter who would make an order so grand, so magnificent, that the entire realm would gather in celebration! That time has finally come! That quilter is you.

The clouds have parted and the sun is shining down in a glorious beam of light on your order. It glints and sparkles like a precious stone in the hand of a trusted palace messenger who takes it straight to the queen.

He bows deeply and places the order in the white-gloved hand of Queen Stitchalot herself. She looks astonished. Has the time really come? Yes, it has, my queen. Then off we go!

The Queen hops lightly onto the back of a white-winged pegasus and rides it across a rainbow to the shipping department, where all your dreams will finally come true!

Playful woodland creatures fill this extraordinary package with their deft paws and the youngest fawn tucks in the packing slip with her velvety nose. The package is then sealed with the royal insignia and brought to the great hall where the celebration feast begins!

Suddenly, with a loud crack and a poof of silvery smoke, a wizard appears. Twelve footmen in sky blue breeches escort the package over to him. He takes the gilded box under his cloak, raises his staff and disappears once more! He’s off on his quest to deliver your package! Before you know it, you’ll find it nestled on your doorstep, waiting for you to open it up and discover the treasures inside!

Wow! I'd love one of those too. But unfortunately, being in Australia, postage to order from the States would blow me out of the water.

I too enjoy the responses from MSQC. They send the cute note when they ship your order and there is always a pleasant little note on the shipping invoice. Lots of smiles with the order -- and all of mine have come really fast.

I have never read their order replys, I need to dig through emails just to see LOL

I just love the confirmation of my orders from them. they must have a lot of fun there in the shipping department. Every time I order I get such beautiful fabrics and they all match with some of the batiks that I ordered form another company. They have specials every week and some of them are fantastic. Fast shipping too. Last order I got a free paper pattern and spent 35$ and got some free product for soaks.

I love the funny little notes that the MSQC sends when you place an order. Reading them just makes my day.

I order from them fairly often, mostly their Daily Deals, and always enjoy the whole experience. Lovely fabrics, fast and accurate shipping, and of course, "the notes!" Love dealing with them, and of course, Jenny is so funny and her tutorials are great! Love MSQC!

Their notes and replys to emails are like you are talking to your BFF. Love their videos and service. Great family owned business.

I would love this, but can't order from MSQC as the shipping to the UK is higher than the cost of the fabric lol x

They keep their sense of humor and playfulness through the long days of pleasing quilters. Their good attitude and sense of fun keeps me ordering from them.

I absolutely love MSQC....I get a comical confirmation with each order that I place.....and always a handwritten "Thanks" on my packing slip. Little things such as these make me keep going back time after time.

Not only are the confirmations great, but if you sign up for their daily deal email, you'll get an amusing email each day that corresponds to that day's sale item. It's also online when you go to the "daily deal" page, but I never think to do that...like getting it as an email.

I don't know who or how many writers they have, but he/she/they have a wonderful imagination and a terrific writing style.

Boy, have i missed out! I order from them frequently but have never opened the confirmation notice. I just leave it on my email list and delete it when the order comes. I leave it until the order comes in case there is a glitch-there never has been one. I will certainly look at one the next time I order. I do enjoy doing business with them-I just need to sew faster-a lot faster.

I order from MSQC at least once a month, most times several times a month.

Love MSQC. Took 2 classes from Jenny last week and she is awesome!!!!!
my last order took 4 days, start to finish. I am always amazed at the service and how quick the order arrives. The ONLY time it has taken any amount of time is when several cuts of yardage were involved. But, 13 stores housing different themed fabrics? Might take someone a bit to round them up!!! And Tuesday deal of the day includes a story sent in by customers. Most are so heartfelt that you have to shed some tears....

Yes, they do have a funny saying. I have ordered from them a couple of times and not sure if they have changed it or not.

Just got the notice from them that their grand re-opening of the Main Store is June 16-18, with extended hours for the summer months. That makes a grand count of 13 store fronts! WOW My DH actually offered to stop there OVERNIGHT, in a local B & B, on our way back from Yellowstone, a couple of weeks later. Can't wait!!!! He laughed when I took advantage of their 3 - $50 gift cards for $40 each on Mother's Day. Hey, I already saved us $30 LOL
I order from them frequently and their PR is great. Kuddos to them for their great success, they obviously work hard at it.

MSQC sure knows how to operate a great business and their customer service has always been exceptional in my book and it's the little personal touch that makes you feel special.

That's a different response from what I have received, although mine have always been very creative as well. They are a fabulous company with very creative people working for them.

I order from MSQC quite often & always get such cute emails from them when they ship. It is a great company. I hope someday to save enough for a trip to Hamilton, MO & also lots of pocket money to shop in all of Jenny's new & older quilt shops. That is on my bucket list. She also has a video tutorial every Friday that is always fun to watch & learn. She is a fantastic teacher & makes everything easier to understand. I have made several quilts from her tutorials & they have always turned out so nice. I just love her & MSQC. Such a great bunch!

The description is so complete that I can actually picture this handsome dude with a velvet cape over his shoulders riding a white horse.....they are a hoot!

The best advertisements are those from happy customers. Glad the service is so great.
