Mug Rug?
 

Does anyone know any little sayings or something to write to let person who receives one to know what it is? If anyone would know it will be all you guys. Thanks

"Set down your coffee cup or tea, take a sip and think of me." I just made this up, but I think it would be okay to use it on a little card attached.

Here is what I use on my Mug Rug tags:

A mug rug (or snack mat) is a mini quilt, larger than a coaster, smaller than a placemat. Just the right size for whatever you’re drinking and a little treat beside it.

Or
A mug rug is a hand-quilted snack mat. Just the right size for your
mug and a treat.

On the tag, you could write "Park your mug here". Self explanatory!
