I made my first mug rugs today & thought they were cute and easy to do. They are a great way to use up scraps but will they actually get used? I can see having one on your desk at work or a side table. I even thought of making them bigger as snack mats for kids. It would store in a diaper bag pretty easy to have a clean spot to put goldfishies out when you stop at a resturant or park picnic table. How do you use them & who do you give them to?

Why wouldn't you use them?

And yes, use them however you choose! The kids would have fun with the mat with the goldfishies ... maybe you could even make one with fish!

My family are big "Tea Drinkers" and very neat...So they love them and use them...I give as gifts to them and friends, just a small token gift.

I use mine that I have made and the one I got from the SP swap...I love them, they can actually be quite useful ..When company comes over, you can place them on your tables to be used by guest..

I have a small one that I made on my desk at work. It makes me smile every time I look at it.

I don't have any at home, though.
