Have you tried Bloc-Loc? A game changer. Make your half Square triangles a tad larger and use the template to trim. Perfection every time!

It took me a few tries to figure it out but now it's my go to ruler for HST. The way I remember is Logo to the Low side.

They are great rulers and worth the money. I add an inch to the finished size I want, mark a line on the diagonal and stitch 1/4” on both sides of that line. Cut on that line and then trim on the bloc loc ruler. Perfect! I also like to do 8 HST at a time.

I purchased a set of three a couple of years ago...they are my favorites for HSTs.

I think I have every size for the HST's and the Flying Geese.
Love them.

I have used them for years and love them! Wouldn't do this without them!

Hmmm . . . it looks like these are something I'm going to have to look into getting . . .

I always thought the Bloc Loc ruler was just another one of those rulers that I thought I needed but wasn't that useful. WRONG! I used someones at a guild sewing day. OMG wonderful. I pulled out my phone and ordered one right away. This is one of those rulers that is worth every penny I paid. I have heard their flying geese ruler is good also but have never used one.
