A few days ago I told everybody on here that I am getting a Singer Featherweight machine. It is beautiful, she arrived today and if thats not the cutest thing I have ever seen. She purrs like a kitten and the stiches are so straight and even. The lady I got it from is so nice and it does everything she said. It has the gold edging and it is not worn at all. Looks like new. I have not checked to see what year it was made yet. Got the booklet and lots of attachments and really good instuctions with pictures. Now could you get that with a modern day machine. No way. Anyway, I am not good at posting pics but I am a very happy quilter. :lol: :lol: :thumbup:

I love mine to! I had three of them. My husband refurbished and repainted one bright red. I gave that one to my daughter for her birthday.
