I have a janome 6600P could I use it to do this?

the machine sits down into the top opening my light weight singer and the Quantum L500 both fit perfect. I just used my Intel
engineering think tank to fill my need for a quilting table, with out taking up extra space I don't have.
Thanks

Great idea, if we all could be that lucky to have a DH to make one for us.

LoL! I was too busy admiring the beautiful quilt, that I forgot to look at the table.

Guess what I got from my DH for Christmas? Little did I know that when I gave him a brief look at the picture he was desperately searching for something to make for me for Christmas! He'll do anything to stay out of the malls! LOL!! He hasn't cut the machine hole yet because he couldn't ask to see the picture again. How far from the edge would you recommend for the needle position? Do you use a special foot or just learn to look at the darning foot sideways? Or no foot?
Thanks!
