Does anyone have a brother pc. 3000? Need help. Thanks

Many sewing machines are similar. If you would post what the particular problem is with your machine, likely several people will be able to make suggestions.

I have a brother pc3000. Every time I put machine on I have to change stitch length. Which is standard stitch and 1/4 in

Ithink that is the nature of computer digitized sewing machines, they revert to original settings each time they turn off and back on.
Just do it and get on with the work, takes more energy to fuss than to gow with the flow.

It's the same with my wonderful Bernina 1230! When I first started using the machine, I would always forget to reset the stitch length and needle position when piecing.

What I finally did was place a strip of blue painter's tape across the knob of the machine whenever I finished sewing. That way, the next time I sat down, I would be reminded to reset the machine before starting to sew.

It took a ***long*** time, but eventually I learned to do this without the painter's tape reminder.

Only a few electronic machines remember your last setting when you turn off the machine. You are not alone!

Thanks. I always forget and start sewing. I will take your suggestion and put apiece of tape to remind me. I didn't mean to complain but it's hard to remember things at my age.
