i sincerlet thank every one for all of the great ideas for piecing quilts actually the bigest problem is the actual quilting of the quilt i am wondering if i could use my knee some how. has anyone used the electric rotery cutter i have seen at walmart?

Have you thought about machine quilting or maybe having another quilter friend quilt it for you...
OR.... try quilting with your good hand the weaker hand would be the supporting hand. |
If you could get people to thread needles for you, and put your quilt in a frame, then it is possible to hand quilt using stab stitch.

I've never seen the electric rotary cutter. I have a hard enough time with my regular one. It has a mind of its own sometimes.
