Last week was rough for me. I was trying to finish a "Dogs & Frogs" baby quilt for our DGD when the feed dogs on my machine refused to re-engage. We thought we couldn't afford to get it serviced so I was pretty distraught. Tried to use DH's embroidery machine...broken too. I called AllBrands where I got my Brother HS2000 machine & after trying several suggestions, they sent me to a local repair shop for Brothers machines. They had given me a price on the phone we could live with, so we took it in. They had already been notified by their head office to call after looking over my machine, as the owner of AllBrands had contacted them because my warranty had just passed. They treated us extremely well & my machine is working in top condition. I am highly impressed with their customer service all through this!! Then my QB Angel asked if I'd recieved a box, so I went to our office & inquired...there on the table was a box with a refurbished sewing machine! I was and still am in shock! It's wonderful!! She wouldn't let me repay her and I just can't tell you how much it means to me! There are Angels everywhere for me this week! Thank you all!!! Plus the quilt got done and shipped on time!
