My Sister is Causing me a Headache. Help finding technique Please
 

My sister found this beautiful "quilt" in a Google search and sent me a picture. I could not get to a link for info. She wants something similar and I just KNOW I've seen this technique before (maybe even here) but can not find it for the life of me. It was a site that had different ways to manipulate fabric for blocks. Like pin tucking, rushing, all kinds of stuff. And this was one of them.

If anyone could help me with a name of the technique or a site that would be soooo helpful. :)

Rami Kim has several books out with a variety of techniques. I have used some of them in making bags. She uses them in clothing as well. I think you adapt some of those. Hope that helps.

It looks similar to a pillow (top), I've seen. If you can find anything for a quilt, maybe a search for decorative pillows would provide help.

wow! that came out really nice reminds of those little chocolate star candy can't remember the name not the Hershey kisses.......... looks like she had to do some crawling around on the floor not something I can do now anymore thanks for sharing the link
