Everyone of you here have been so inspirational to me! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. All of you are what keeps the quilting world going on. So many of us are afraid to try the "harder" stuff, because we see the works of people like Linda V. Taylor, etc. We think, "We can never be that good." But, being a part of this group, we come to think, "Hey, maybe, yeah, I CAN do this!" I LOVE this group. I hope you all also do! Thank you to all of you that are willing to share!

You said it all and I second that. I have learned so much here.

Oh sure you can do it!!! Just try, the worst thing that can happen is it doesn't turn out prefect. I know my DS#2 has a strange sense of humor, but his favorite saying, when I say I can't ever do that! is "Hey, if it doesn't work out they can't take your birthday". In other words if you don't get the job or they don't take your article--big deal its not going to kill you! As I said he has a strange sense of humor.

Yes, my thanks, too. People here certainly teach, share, inspire and can even be a "nudge" in all the good sense of the word. We can just laugh, cry, pray and hope right here anytime - there is no "closed sign".
Merry Christmas to all the Quilters and their loved ones.

Me too! Thanks!

I don't think I would have ever had the nerve to actually start quilting without you guys and the friends helping with my 2 DD's Christmas quilts. I have learned from you all the great things that can be done when one's mind is set to it. Thanks a million.

I don't think I have ever had a question that someone on the board couldn't answer for me or send me to a link to find the answer - I thank one and all for that.

I feel like you all are my friends! Well...I guess you are...my quilting friends. We are all kindred spirits because we share the same love of quilting :)

Thanks to everyone on this board that's shared their projects (which inspires me) and also to everyone that's given such great advise to help beginners as well as to experienced quilters.

Happy Holidays to all :)

Ditto, Ditto, Ditto, Ditto, Ditto, to all the above, and I'm sure what ever comes after me. This is a wonderful bunch of people. Man, woman, young, old.... and the rest of us nutz!
