I changed hopping foot and then had metal noise. Went to you tube on adjusting hoping foot. Without bobbin no noise. When put in bobbin metal against metal and bobbin appeared lose. Help!

Did the bobbin case get dropped? They can get bent if they hit a hard floor.

Have you switched back to the regular foot and tried? If you still get the bobbin noise, I'm thinking it's a dented bobbin case or bobbin. If it is a bobbin case problem, this video by Jamie Wallen might be helpful:

Is the bobbin almost empty? My Tiara bobbin makes a noise when it is almost empty.
