Name Of This Block or Pattern?

I love the color combination of this block/pattern. The image is apparently of a quilt once offered commercially by the Company Store, called the "Bloom Quilt". I cannot find a picture of the full quilt but I do so like the pattern of this block. I've put it on graph paper but would like either to find the pattern online, or suggestions on sizes of the squares to finish to a 12.5" square. I know, I know it's a simple pattern but I'm math challenged and I would appreciate so much any help I can get. :0)

I assume you mean finish at 12". The blocks would be 12 1/2" before being sewn together.

The block is made of 4 16 patches. Each of the 16 patches is made up of 2 squares and 2 4 patches.
For a 16" block, the smaller square patches are 2.5" and the larger squares are 4.5", finishing at 2" and 4", respectively.

To end up with a 12" block, the finished size would have to be 12"/16", or 3/4 of the size of the pieces for a 16" block, so the 2" pieces would have to finish at 1.5", so a 2" piece would be used (add 0.5" to the finished size in each dimension). For the parts finishing at 4", they would have to finish at 3", so a 3.5" piece would need to be used.

It looks like a play on a double 4-patch to me. Each section has two solid blocks and two four patch blocks with two solids and two prints. Then four of these sections are put together and sashed. The solid blocks and the small 4-patches would each measure 3-1/2" square, so the smaller 4-patches would consist of 4 - 2" squares, The quilting is lovely.

The individual blocks are World's Fair Blocks, published by the Ladies' Art Company circa 1920.
These instructions by Delaware Quilts will work, but you'll need to join them in blocks, not rows, and rotate the blocks. The math is correct for the 12" block you posted.
