I missed the feedsack one - don't know ANYTHING about feedsack fabric! And I definitely didn't expect it to have border prints!
|
I got them all.. but almost missed one. Never think too hard about stuff, you'll outsmart yourself. Home Ec Major ... Nope.. but I did win the "Betty Crocker Homemaker of tomorrow" My senior year.

Missed 3 but am totally shocked I didn't miss more!

I missed one. I didn't know the width of a bolt of fabric in 1930.

This was fun. I'll have to stop second-guessing. It always gets me in trouble. |
well i got 4 wrong out of 15 73%

well, dizzy, your in good company, I missed four.
I didn't really expect to do any better than that, so I was neither surprised, nor disappointed. I didn't get the 1800's fabric, I thought too hard on the fugitive dye question...thought it might be a trick question. nope. got the warp and the weft mixed up, so I guessed. Won't forget now...stretches the least, but still warped - LOL hmm, can't recall, the other one, and was going to, for future fun. Oh well, just have to get my kicks someplace else, besides history etc. of fabrics, huh? |
Missed #3 (1800's fabric) and #15 (shirting fabric). Oh well, not too bad for not studying for the test LOL

You did great Now, what do I win? |
I missed two - the one about the width of the 30's fabrics and the one about stretch. I knew that lengthwise was the least stretch but didn't know which was weft and which was woof? warp?. Sheesh, talk about short term memory!
