It's not called a rag quilt, where you sew the squares together and then cut them. On this one, you have the "sandwich" already done with backing, batting, and plain fabric topping, then you place the raw edge cuts on a "grid" (or helter-skelter) I know I've saved the pattern on my computer, but can't find it, have so many to look through lol. Thanks for any advice in the right direction!

I think I know what you're talking about.
They were on all the blogs a few months ago/last year.

The first ones were made with labels, and then people started using scraps of fabric....just raw edge applique, with the pieces arranged neatly and logically, or helter-skelter.
