Thank you for the lovely little tour of the museum and barn quilts. It was a nice break from my own work and provided a vision for what can be done with thread, needle and fabric.

That is a great article, thanks for posting. Many years ago, went to the museum. Talk about some "jaw-dropping" quilts, and I think it took us over 3 hours, because you want to study ever bit of them..

I enjoyed so much taking this tour. I especially liked the pinecone blocks. This is something I am going to have to look into more closely. I love dimensional works. Maybe someday I will get there.

I visited the The National Quilt Museum last November and spent an entire day. Took the tour and hundreds of photos, so much to see. It was beautiful and inspiring.
