what a beautiful raggy quilt! i've never seen one with such detail in the blocks. very nicely done!

quite often i will use up a stack of (orphan blocks) to construct a raggy quilt---left over blocks from other projects- practice blocks- ones i started then went in a different direction---as long as the (theme/colors) work- i just cut a piece of batting & most of the time flannel for the back-which is most of the time simple squares the right size- stitch the sandwiches together then construct & clip- so my raggy's generally have a wide variety of blocks styles- when i find i have alot of 'orphans' it's time for another raggy :D
