Need Advice on DWR Templates

I am wanting to make a Double Wedding Ring quilt. But, I'm so confused about which templates to use. I've seen the Marti Michell's, the one's by Creative Grids, Wright's & Omnigrid by Sharlene Jorgenson. I have the Rings that Bind book but, it didn't come with the templates.
So what are your suggestions? I respect your opinions so much & know you won't steer me wrong.
Thanks, Vonda

In my opinion it is not the templates that matter but the piecing. Finding good instructions for piecing the melons and keeping true to your seam allowances is the key.

Surf some of these videos to find the one that shows you best how to do the melons and corners as they are the key points to be precise with.

I used the Quilt in a Day method from the Egg Money Quilts book. It work so easily for me. I just loved it and will probably make another.

There is a video showing it on the Quilt in a Day website.

I'm planning to use the free vintage pattern on the McCalls Quilting website.
