Need Block idea
 

I need a block for an exchange. It has to be 16" with a 12" center flower. It can be appliqued or pieced.
This block will be cut into 4 equal pieces, so it needs to be similar on all 4 cuts. Am I making sense?
It could also be something like a fan or dresden design. I am terrible at being creative. I can copy anything but just don't have those original ideas. Can someone send me a link or something to get some ideas? Please and thank you.

There are a couple of cute 12" flower blocks. I would then just attach a border making it 16".

Hmmm, i just sewed down 35 Grandmothers Flower Garden blocks. mine went on 10 inch background though.

I like the yellow one with the black center - first one in the second row on my screen. Would be perfect for those requirements and will cut in 4 nicely.
