I'm trying to make a bow tuck purse for my long drive with my little puppy. I have been searching online but can't seem to find a free pattern anywhere. If someone know of a website let me know. Thanks :)
Alyssa

I do not think you will find the pattern for free yet.

Ok can the pattern be found at a store or need to be found online?

I found mine at a local quilt shop.

I bought mine in a LQS, think the regular price is around $9. You can also get them on-line. Here is one web-site, and they have free shipping:

I don't think you will find one for free. I just got one for $7.07 on e-bay with free shipping.

The least expensive I could find online was at Calico Corners in Pennsylvania @ $9.00. Shipping to Canada was $4.00, but I can't remember what it was for US.

Little Ms. Bow Tucks pattern is really just a generic tote pattern with a couple ties sewn to both sides so you can compress the gussets! I have been making bags for several years and all my bags are "bow tucks" minus the "bows" that cause the "tucks". lol

Smart thought!! I had thought kind of the same thing but bought the pattern anyway. I guess any boxy pattern could be used, just add a tie to the side!!

I found the bow tuck pattern at amazon. I got both the bow tuck and the mini for $11 and some change. I am very excited about this project, I picked up some fabric that my daughter chose this weekend and I will share pics when I finish it.. woohooo!!
