One more thing to try, I have an old school digital camera with limited options on its own, and limited software. I use this site to reduce (no affiliation)
https://www.reduceimages.com/

They've added in pricing plans over the last couple of years but I have always (and am still) using them for free. Just drag your picture to the box and follow their prompts and suggestion reductions. Remember to download to your system after reduction. Then when you are here, is the upload. If you are getting the failed message you are so close! we just have to figure out the issue.

Thank you! I'll definitely give it a try. Another posted suggested there is a block on new members posting pics. Now I am trying to find out how long that block is for so that I can try in the future.

Thanks for that suggestion, Mazo. I'll give it a try!

Thank you for trying so hard JZD. I think sometimes people don't wait long enough to get QB to actually upload, but since you are actually getting an error message, I don't think that is it. I'm guessing you have tried both the red reply and go advanced/manage attachments. I don't think (of course could be wrong) as several spammers post pictures on their first post. Also seems like I have seen several who have actually posted pictures on their first post, but that could have been a while.

I'll send a PM.

I have 12 fancy cut scenes and will send them to anyone willing to help in this project The one posted in the reply above would most likely be the first. Looking for short, one (or so) lines for each pic. The narrative would be embroidered on fabric and added below the picture block. You may need to know the story from the book "The Quiltmaker's Gift" to understand where I am headed with this.
