Number 2 would be my choice.

Thanks for the thoughts! I'm tossing between #2 and #3 now. I like the look of four but it really needs to be done in whole pieces, I think. Breaking up the batik to put it back together doesn't look right to me.
DottyMo, I did a quick and dirty drawing to help you see how I put the block together. The dark purple is the focus fabric (batik here) the sides are the black and the center pink square is the coordinating print. Cuts are on the dashed lines. |

My favorite is number 3, then 1. I really like that purple fabric with the huge white daises; your quilt is going to be lovely!

I'll go with #3. I really like all of them.

I like the 3rd setting the best !!

Thank you to those kind people who showed me how to make those special blocks. Now I can start my quilt, tomorrow.

I'm working on a D9P quilt for two friends who are getting married (next month! Eek!). I can't decide on a layout and thought I might throw it out to others. Let me know which one you like! TIA! I need to get moving on this but I can't decide. It will be queen sized all told.

#3- has a lot of movement and interest - at least to me it does!

The first or third layout.
