This quilt is a adorable! I love your backing and your binding; the blue and yellow go great together, and you're right about the darker backing fabric, especially if they use it on the floor. It's neither too dark nor too blah.

Your two year old will love and forever treasure this quilt!

I agree with Tartan. I love the combo of your backing with the yellow binding and there is also yellow in the I Spy blocks.

I agree. I also like to do dark backings for kid quilts & think this looks great.
