Need embroidery machine help
 
I feel like I have to relearn how to do this every time. I'm sure I wrote it dine somewhere too but where?
I bought a jef file & got the download but I can't figure out how to get it in jan format for my Janome 350e. I do have the digitizer software.
If anyone can help me, would you please message me?

If you opened the file in your software as a jef file, then click on file SAVE AS, then change the format type to jan and save. Hope this helps.
