Need to find a pattern

I saw a really cute baby quilt. It was made with pink stars and I think 9-patches (I couldn't see the whole thing in the picture). But the really cute thing was, the top part of the quilt was made with Winnie the Pooh fabric. Then the maker made it look like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger were "tucked in" (under the pink stars and 9 patch portion of the quilt.) Has anyone ever seen this? Is there a pattern out there? Or is this some really creative quilt that someone made up?

It is a very cute quilt. I would find the Pooh picture first and then any basic quilt pattern for the blanket would work.

THANK YOU - The one I found at http://cleverfaeries.blogspot.com.au...g-animals.html is exactly the one I was talking about. And I can see the whole quilt. I didn't realize the stars had Winnie the Pooh scenes...how cute. Love it Love it Love it! THANKS!
