Need gift ideas please.......

I'm looking for a novelty gift idea for a friend who loves to quilt. I don't mean something to make that is quilted. I'm looking for something unique to buy that is quilting related. Any ideas?

How about pins with quilty sayings? Saw some at lqs?

I got on etsy an altoids box covered in fimo clay, beautiful designs. got one friend an
iron made of wood with a needlecase in the other end for pressing paper piecing. got wood handles for
seam rippers here on the board. You could always make a really nice pincushion.
I think anyone of these is a great idea. I'm always looking myself.if anyone finds something
let me know,. and with fimo clay. stalk ETSY for ideas also.

Not real creative but a gift certificate to a LQS would be appreciated.

How about a unique cover for her machine.

Does the like more "stuff" - or is she a minimalist?

Sometimes a note of appreciation is the most appreciated thing a person can receive.

just saw on a website to make quilting gloves.
get those cheap stretchy ones at Joanns for $1. get the puffy paint pens from michaels $1
write on the finger and palms, let dry and you have quilting gloves really cheap.

Have you seen the Quilter's Jelly thread? There are some clever ideas in the links.

Click on the picture and there is more of a description, says it's a magnet.
