Did you use poly batting in it? Some off brands of poly beard like that and would show up on black especially. Look for poly batting that is needle-punched to a scrim if you want to use it.

I used the fusible fleece it called for.

I once read somewhere to wash black articles with denim to stop them from getting those little fuzzies. Something about the roughness of the denim keeps them from forming. I don't know if this would work for you, but might be worth a try.

I have tried this and it does work, maybe throw it back in the wash with some old (colourfast) jeans.

Now wouldn't you know it I just did a load of jeans a couple hours ago :shock: I'll have to wait a few days to get another load but I will give this a try since nothing else seems to be working.
