My favorite is the design of the quilt itself!!! That is spectacular in my mind. I am a devotee of carousels. I have traveled many miles many times to visit one in some far flung place. I have a room full of carousel themed things including a stained glass chandelier. The different color schemes above certainly evoke different moods and all are lovely. My personal favorite is the second one (reds) because those colors reflect the vibrant colors seen in most carousels. I will be anxious to see the finished project.

To me, more of the design shows up in Colorway A, but they are all great.

I am really liking C

I really like B as it is much brighter and everything seems to "pop" with the red border. The second choice would be A-it just seems to be a little bit more subdued colors but both are very beautiful. Good luck on your decision

ha! You may be joking but now I am seriously thinking of doing A and B. I'm actually leaning towards A but my mom posted on fb how much she liked B. So might have to make one for a gift.

They all have great reasons for you to choose them (a lot of help that is!). Who is it going to be given to? That would be the reason to pick one. What color do they lean towards? What color theme is their bedroom, house, clothing preference (this is quick way to figure their favorite colors). I personally think #3 would be great for a younger girl while #4 is a bit more 'formal' so perhaps for an older women. But #1 and #2 are beautiful also. You have a great eye for color. Please let us know which one you decide to go with.

All are pretty, but A gives the most pop and contrast so it all shows off better. Love it. Can't wait to see it finished.

If my pick counts, I would do the one in red. It makes the details stand out. I love them all. But I vote for B.

If C had a dark border with lighter ribbon, it'd be my fave. I actually love all of them, as each color scheme evokes a different feeling. The red and green could be Yuletide themed.
Matter of fact, what about marketing all 4? Buyer chooses which they want to purchase and make. Maybe tweak them a bit (if you think any need it) to represent the 4 seasons.
I mean it's just 4 times the work...lol.

I like A and D but I would have a hard time choosing cuz I love them all!

To me it would depend where I was going to use it or to whom I was giving it. I now have a turquoise and brown quilt in the making and don't know where I can put it. But I do like the first one because all the colors are so intense.

I like D the most. It really caught my eye. It is going to be a beautiful quilt.

It is modern and each motif shows up well against its background.

The first one is my preference.

The first one is bold, the second one is Christmasy, but I feel the last two looks washed out to me.

B - I like the addition of red.

I think the horses, carousel and decorations are more prominent in colors in A & B

I like A the best. It stands out to me and seems clear or something. You know we are all going to have our own personal choices so you will still have to decide what you like best. Haha! It's all up to you, Uncle.

I choose B. The bright colors seem more like the carousels that I've seen. The other combinations are lovely and would work better in my home, but the bright cheery colors bring on the excitement and make me hear the calliope.

I like A....has most contrast.

I love the first one. The colors are just so pretty to me. The others are nice too but the first is my pick.

A, best of all and if not that then D. A shows more movement and clarity, to my poor eyesight.
