I would do something different. i would add a border of the chocolate color on all four sides, then add another border of the pink, and maybe another border of the multi pokadots.

I mainly like to see two borders a thin and wider one. I like the breast cancer one a lot and it would be nice to put it as the wide frame and smaller one of the other two colors.

I agree with Murphy - the brown polka dots frame it nicely and don't compete for attention, like the other colors do.
