Need help finding pattern

Does anyone have an idea where I can find a pattern similar to this. Thanks

I think I saw this a very long time ago. I looked in Google but no luck:

Might be hard to find. Good Luck.

Is it the pattern for the girl that interests you the most? Because it would be pretty easy to create your own version of this quilt if you can find a girl you like. The balloons are pretty generic.

I did a Google search and did not come up with this exact pattern; however, you may find inspiration in these:

I'm actually looking for a design for a baby boy quilt but I like the idea of the pattern covering the whole quilt top rather than individual squares. Thanks-there are some good suggestions posted.

You could enlarge an Overall Sam (the companion to Sunbonnet Sue). Or find a coloring book with boys.

My first thought was a coloring book, clipart or tole painting books. If you have an office supply/copy story they usually have a copy machine that can enlarge the page to a good size (used for architectural plans or posters).

I googled Overall Sam and found just what needed. Thank you!
