How much of each of your featured fabrics do you have?

I have a great piece of fabric that is lavender/raspberry tone that I want to sell if you are interested. It has fish and seaweed print on it. Will send a pic if you are.

I would do some kind of pattern that allows for large squares to show of the big print... then I would use one of the pieces for the backing if you have enough. Great fabric!

I have around 3 yards of each

How about you make one side of the quilts bright and use the blue fabric as background and make stars or something, and then use the pale peach/beige for the backing (might have to supplement it depending on the size of the quilt). That way, you can have a two-in-one. And not have to know yourself out trying to find a way to put both fabrics together on the front?

I just got this pattern to use with some pretty batiks. It would be great for larger prints. I think the larger squares are 9" finished. The shipping was very quick - 2 or 3 days and no shipping fee!

I think the Warm Wishes pattern would work. I would use solid colours for the sashing to isolate the two feature fabrics. Or use one fabric for the front and the other for the back with additional fabric.

I could see it as an appliqued quilt with pieces from each of the two fabrics you've shown on a blue batik for the sea.

I would use the blue as the main fabric and use the peach colored in a large border. Add more fabrics not necessarily in the theme fabric for blocks--maybe disappearing 9-patch would be something that would work up nice with the blue and another fabric.
