Need help, please...bendable light

Does anyone have a daylight bendable light like this? I dropped it and the adapter broke. I didn't save the pieces of the adapter but still have the light and my husband told me he could fix it if he knew the correct polarity and input and output voltage. So I am asking a big favor if anyone has one of these on their sewing machine if you could take a picture of the power supply that has all that information printed on it. I would be very grateful!

I can't get a readable picture of it, but here is the info imprinted on it.
Model HB-108B
Input: AC 120V
60 Hz
Output DC6V
399mA
LPS - (with a circle around the -) -----C- ----- + (with a circle around the +
Hope this might help.

If this isn't sufficient, please PM me and I'll see what I can find on mine.... ( I don't often return to a thread on the QB once I've posted to it)
