I'm in the market to buy a bolt of muslin, I bought one from
Marshall dry goods but can't find it on their site anymore, can anyone tell me where to purchase one. I don't want to pay
$100 for it. The first one cost $40.00 and it was 98" wide.

thanks for your help

wow, that would be great to find a bolt for $40.00

You can call Marshall's toll free at this number and ask them about the muslin. 1-888-744-8277. I have been to Marshall's numerous times and would find it hard to believe that they are out of muslin of any kind. Their hours are 8:30-5:00p during the week. Hope this helps.

Joanne's - and use the 40% off coupon they always send out. If you don't get one in the mail, ask if they have one available at the checkout. Or order on line if there isn't a store close to you.

When did you buy it for THAT price? I am a dyer and my cotton prices have doubled in the last month alone! Good luck

JoAnn's and use your 40% off coupon. It was very reasonable.

I have bought their tea-dyed muslin, 44" wide, 15 yards on a bolt for $10-$15 per bolt during their ebay auctions. I like their fabric and have had no problems with it.

Joanne's has bolts of muslin in 108" wide widths in their stores and probably on line also. I bought three of them last fall when they were on sale for less than $50 each. From time to time they have a free shipping coupon for online orders so you could order it without having to pay extra for shipping.

BEST prices I have found. You need to check the thread count, if it is bleached, and if it has a finish. Scouring is annoying. Sometimes you can call and request no finish. I always buy mercerized.
