Need help please
 

I am starting my first official quilt, and I currently have a June Tailor quarter cut. I'm moving on to start cutting the second batch of squares and I realize that I need something that will cut 2 7/8 strips. Ugh! Can you recommend a template ( would prefer a strip cutter type one) that isn't horribly expensive?

If the squares you are cutting are to make half square triangles just cut them 3 inches and square up the hst after they're made.

Most rulers and cutting mats have 1/8 inch increments on them.

What everyone else has said if the strips are for half square triangles, just round up to 3" and trim.
