I am making a wall hanging for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I have made others, but this one reflects the first 12 years of my youngest grandson. Becaue the pictures are different sizes (42 pictures transferred to fabric), I need to fill 4 places with fabric, and I want to embroider a short saying on each one.
So far I have thought of "Celebrate Life" and "Live, Love, Laugh". I cannot think of any other suitable short things to use. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks |

Thank you God! or God bless you!

Great plan you have ... and it'll be even great if you can come up with some that are unique to your family.
What are some of the family sayings that your GS would know? Ones you are proud of ... and perhaps ones he "hates" to hear, though in years to come as an adult, they will remind him of us family members, and what they'd say. Any remembered words or phrases he said once, though the family have continued to repeat for years? when he was first learning to speak? later on? |
Jesus loves you.

Be A Simple Man (Just quilted this on my grandson's quilt) or You are Loved.

Some of these might be longer than you wanted.

Why not Google Sayings about Grandsons? I made a memorial quilt for my Aunt and uncle in the spring when my cousin passed away unexpectedly and I found some Great sayings about, Sister, Daughter, Aunt and Friend with google..
I Love google. |
