I pieced the sail boat quilt, thought it turned out cute. Then I did another one for a friend that is doing her nursery in beachy things. Well I quilted it on my embroidery machine (can't do machine quilting yet) it was a looong process with the "waves" getting the way. Now I need your help with how to do the edging?
Now should I take the 1st one to the longarm quilter? Or try the same process again? Hope you can see the pics. |
looks great to me

Love what you have done. Love the quilt and the quilting:)

Very cute! The beachy theme is terrific!
|
I think you did a great job on both the quilt and the quilting.

I think the wave edging is really cute. The quilt looks great to me so if you want to do it on your embroidery machine again, I would.

I think that a pină colada is in order with the umbrella, of course. Love your quilt, great work.

Aha, But the ? is should the points point in towards the quilt or out. The last 2 pictures show it in/out with binding. Which way looks right??
|
Great job, love the theme too
|
I like the points pointing out but if you want the top to have 3D waves on the top then the points should point in. Sorry, misunderstood message. It still looks really cute!
