This was a challenge in my quilt group over a year ago. I have had it sandwiched for the longest time and I am stumped as to how to quilt it. I have looked at ideas for pinwheel blocks, but nothing is inspiring me. Thought if you all looked at it, you would think of something.
It was a "paint chip" challenge. We chose envelopes with three paint chips in it (not knowing what the colors were) and had to come up with a project that would include all three colors. I included the paint chips in the picture. Fun, huh?

Looks great! Sounds like a fun idea!

I see swirls starting in the center of the pinwheels.

Great job on the color match btw.

A curvy design will look great.

I think swirls, like they were moving......

How about like this?
Of course, don't use the same color thread and be a little neater in your FMQ

How about a design "with motion"? Like swirls and such~

What about starting in the center and working outward in circles to make it look like air movement from the pinwheels?

You guys are so creative. Plan on starting it soon.
