Need ideas..

Everyone has always been so wonderful in giving me ideas on our Guild challenges-Wondering what you might have in mind for this one. I have to make something-quilt, wall-hanging etc and use the colors from a box front of Bissell Arm and Hammer vacuum cleaner bags. The colors are bright green, orange and yellow. You can also use teh Arm and Hammer idea. TY all for your ideas.

I am not so sure I would love whatever I made with those colors. So...I would make a hot pad to sit on the table . Use a quieter color for the major color and the brights to complete it. I just can't tell you what block to make! I just thought of something...make a fall hot pad with a color leaf motif. Good Luck!

To me those colors sound like a Summer sunrise! What about a summer tote?

I am looking at my box of A&H Eureka bag and the colors are blue, yellow, orange, red and white.

I found a few quilts that could be made. I thought of a Kansas sunflower since the center is orange and the surrounding could be yellow with background of leaves. A few would make great charity quilts doing a small trip around the world. See if there is anything that tickles your fancy:

Don't forget the white in the lettering.

A table topper of a big bowl of oranges and lemons with green leaves? Can you find a fabric in those colours and do a clothesline basket?

I was thinking table topper or runner. May be use the Frenzy Triangle pattern

A wall hanging or throw using the Disappearing Pinwheel pattern from Jenny Doan. Each star a color you need to use. You can add wide sashing or no sashing. I love the pattern using any fabric colors. It always looks great.

When I read the colours I immediately thought of citrus fruits.

Something for the table - runner, placemats or mug rugs?

Let us know what you decide on and show us a picture please.

Ohmigosh!! I had read this post but didn't have any ideas until I came across this picture among my files when on a search for something else. Had to share as the colors are perfect!

Some beautiful ideas here. When you just list colors it made sound just awful, but just look at these beauties. Run with them!

If they're not "your" colors, make a gift for someone you know who does like them. Don't know anyone who likes them? Make a rag doll clown for next year's Toys for Tots drive.
