Your fabrics are pretty. How about a sampler quilt. The have free block patterns on http://quilterscache.com/
that would look great with the 30's reproduction fabric. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Make a rug. Start with a heavier fabric - denim or duck - cut it to the size you need, then start sewing strips around the perimeter. Strips? Ones like you use for binding, folded down the middle. Sew them on with the fold to the outside. You can hem the starter fabric or not depending if you want fringe. It's a great way to get rid of scrap strips. Just keep sewing around and around until you get to the middle. They're great in the kitchen. They don't show the dirt.

Sometimes it's nice to do a Project Linus quilt or a quilt for a soldier. These are so needed and appreciated. Then maybe you will be ready to use your beautiful fabric you bought. Good luck.
