This is the one I used, it was really easy. Only thing I would change is to use a lighter fusible.

I just looked at that website and the patterns offered say they are paper pieced but I did not do paper piecing on what I made.

I have made this pattern a number of times. The paper piecing instructions are very easy to follow.
