Choice B
I like B.
I like both, I like the idea of a small yellow border before the final...I think I like B better...cute rockets.
I like the blue border with the stars better doesn't take away from the ships in the blocks
I thing B is the best choice.
I like Option B with maybe a skinny yellow inner board between the blocks and the spaceship outer border.
I'd put a thing border around the quilt first to stop the colors bleeding into the border and then use fabric B for the border. I like the idea of A for the back.
You can either use a small border or you can insert a piece cut 1 inch abd folded wrong sides together in the seam when you put the border on. Think in terms of a darker shade of some color in the quilt -- darker green comes to mind. You can bind the quilt in the same fabric -- or not.
I like your second choice.

A quilt group that meets at our local library had several ladies making a pattern very simular to the one you are using. Some of the ladies made a border using up the remainder of their fabrics by cutting strips of each of the fabrics in the top and sewing their strips together "end to end" with a diagonal joining. I thought their borders added a lot of interest.
