need a pattern idea
I had a pattern for this quilt and layed it down. Had to go somewhere. Needless to say when I got back one of my dogs had found my pattern and shredded it. Have 4" half square triangles cut and sewn. Was wonder if anyone might know of a good pattern to use these in. I have a charm pack and a jelly roll left and some light fabric. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What about Jacobs' Ladder or Jewel Box. They have lots of HSTs and/or 4patch blocks.

What was the name of the original pattern you wanted to make? I would just want another copy of that one. (And maybe to get rid of a dog, lol. Just kiddin.)

Just google "making stars with half square triangle blocks " and you will get so many ideas, it's mind boggling :D

Sounds sorta like a homework assignment...I would try to get another copy of the pattern since you had already admired it and bought the fabric for it. : )

Buy another of the pattern and make your quilt as you planned.
