You could do a trip around the world.

You could cut them into 4-1/2" square blocks and choose a pattern. Then use the 1-1/2" leftover piece for piano keys.

Or coin them

Or cut them into strips and use for Rail Fence blocks

and ............. a gazillion more possibilities.
